Our guaranteed leak detection service is widely used to determine the cause of a leak and ascertain whether it is caused by an individual unit within a block, or by an issue with communal pipework.
We manufacture various bespoke items to enable us to carry out the work we do, and the processes are often filmed and published on our social media channel, TheLeakSeekers

One of our areas of expertise is to provide a niche service to investigate leaks, issues, building defects, construction defects either within warranty or not, and provide thorough, detailed and guaranteed reports which are often used in court as part of a conflict resolution process.Â
Once we provide a report following our own investigation, we guarantee that the recommendations within the report will solve the issue. If they do not, we will not issue an invoice until the issue is rectified. Thankfully, it has not happened yet.
